Strake Jesuit Annual Fund - Alumni

A gift to the Strake Jesuit Annual Fund helps to bridge the gap ($1,700) between tuition and the actual costs of providing the Strake Jesuit experience to each student. Here are a few examples of how your gift to the Strake Jesuit Annual Fund can help in a very meaningful way.

Additionally, gifts to the Strake Jesuit Annual Fund help support the Financial Aid program.  Each year, approximately 15% of students will need financial assistance to attend Strake Jesuit.  In the most recent school year 2008 – 2009, the school awarded $1.1 million to those students and families with demonstrated need, guaranteeing no qualified applicant is ever denied enrollment for financial reasons.

All alumni, parents, past parents, and friends of the school are asked to make a gift to the Strake Jesuit Annual Fund through a variety of solicitation methods including: a personal ask from a Development Office staff member; a direct mail letter; a phone call from an alumnus, parent or student; or electronic media. 

Every gift counts - gifts of all sizes are welcome.   You can participate at a level that is comfortable for you, and it does not take a huge donation to have a big impact.  When taken together, gifts to Strake Jesuit’s Annual Fund create one of the school’s most significant sources of support.  Because Annual Fund gifts are typically unrestricted, they can be directed to areas with the greatest need — and the greatest potential for impact.  Each gift, regardless of size, strengthens the school's participation rate and demonstrates a vote of confidence in a Jesuit education.
